manage or delete your account

Cancel your membership or permanently delete your Pouch Partner account and data. This page explains how each works and what happens to your information.

01Cancel your membership

Pouch Partner subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so they’re cancelled there:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pouch Partner → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Pouch Partner → Cancel

Cancelling stops future billing. Your account stays active until the end of the current period, and your data is kept unless you also delete your account below.

02What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and login credentials
  • Each child profile you created, including names, dates, and notes
  • Logged activity — feeds, sleep, milestones, appointments, and health entries
  • Any photos or files you uploaded

03What may be kept, and for how long

A limited amount of information may be retained after deletion where we’re legally required to keep it or need it to protect our service:

  • Billing and transaction records, kept as required by tax and financial law [retention period — DRAFT: confirm with counsel]
  • Basic logs needed for security and fraud prevention, kept for [period — DRAFT]

Retained records are access-restricted and are not used to rebuild your account.

04How to delete your account

The fastest way is directly in the app:

  • Open Pouch Partner and go to Settings
  • Tap Account, then Delete account
  • Confirm — your data is scheduled for permanent deletion within [X days — DRAFT]

Prefer we handle it? Submit a request below and we’ll process it, confirming by email when it’s complete.

05Request deletion

This action is permanent and can’t be undone once processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation before and after deletion.

Children’s data. Pouch Partner handles information about children. If you are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of a child’s data, we honor that request under applicable children’s-privacy law (including COPPA and GDPR-K). [This section requires legal review before launch — DRAFT.]
